MAGDALENE STREET 1. 942 (South-west Side) No 30 (The Pickerel Inn) TL 4458 NE 3/96 29.3.62. II GV 2. Early Cl9, 3 storeys; gault brick, slate roof; 4 windows top floor, 3 windows 1st floor, segmental heads without glazing bars; tall carriageway on right with projecting wrought-iron bracket parallel with head for central lamp. The rear wing is much older, being of the C16 and C17, timber-framed and plastered. There is some C17 panelling and many C18 interior features. (RCHM 202). Nos 13 to 18 (consec) and Nos 20 to 31 (consec) form a group.
