Coverage: Detailed record of the 1968 restoration of the round shed at Derby Railway Works. Shows removal of cladding, roof lights, damage to structure, and repair and restoration with new trusses and materials. The round shed was built c1840 and is now listed at Grade II (star).

Provenance : Donated by Jim Cornell, 16/12/1998.The photographs were taken for BREL Derby during the restoration of the building in 1968.
